National Chicken Tandoori Recipe Mix 50gms
Ingredients:
Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Seeds, Salt and White Pepper. Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan on medium heat.
2. Add the cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds till they turn aromatic and start to change color slightly.
3. Now add the chicken pieces to the pan and fry until they are lightly coated with oil from all sides (about 2 minutes).
4. Add the International Chicken Tandoori Recipe Mix powder evenly over the chicken pieces and mix well so that all of them are covered evenly with the spices from the mix.
5. Cook for another 4-5 minutes stirring often until chicken pieces are fully cooked through and golden brown in color from outside (make sure not burn them). Serve hot with your favorite accompaniments or naan bread! Enjoy!
